I particularly the time-sheets line. I'm not in marketing or advertising or affiliated with Taco Bell at all. Pretty much know nothing about the industry except what I like and what catches my attention.

Anyway, it's extremely common for people on youtube to comment on what second their favorite part happens so I don't really think that's evidence of much.

I don't know if those comments being referred to are "plants" by Taco Bell people as I guess is being speculated but I genuinely like this commercial about as much those comments in there.

I hated the "All About the Jeffersons Baby" or whatever that Taco Bell commercial was btw. Think it really sucked. I truly think an extended version of the Pina Colada Song commerical would have been better for that extended spot they had during the baseball All-Star Game. So hopefully me saying that I don't love all Taco Bell commercials helps prove I'm not some crazy and elaborate pro Taco Bell guy or something.

Re: Never Trust YouTube Comments

Short comment(like this) = Youtube comment?(+positivity?)

Re: Never Trust YouTube Comments

I hear a rumor that folks at (Agency Name Redacted) bashed BBDO spots on Youtube, Adweek ect. and use that as a weapon during new business pitch. And won. So it can work both ways.

Re: Never Trust YouTube Comments

First! Er... um... third FTW!!!1!

Though Taco Bell trying to coin the term 'breakation' did make me laugh, nothing in that video made me want to call out a moment down to the specific second or add in my own funny quip, so I'm guessing those were planted comments.

Re: Never Trust YouTube Comments

Love when the people who created the spot comment on their own work

Re: Never Trust YouTube Comments

Lol...great post FTW!!!
