The don't listen, just want work to put in their books or get in award shows.  It's why the agency business is falling apart.&lt;br&gt;Account managers are left to deal with the mess and disbelief at clients about how stupid and inapropriate  much of the creative work they see is.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Cranial garage won't last long with that type of attitude.  They'll blow themselves up.
